Cody Tackett - 'Magicode'
Cody began twisting balloons In 1996. He would accompany his mother to work in the local hospital’s ER department, where his various duties included; helping with paperwork, moving patients to different departments, and at times even assisting Doctors with patients undergoing extreme trauma. It was in this environment in which Cody discovered that the skill of balloon twisting helped to distract patients as they underwent uncomfortable, and sometimes painful medical procedures. Cody also utilized magic tricks and clowning with his balloon art for people of all ages to calm them when they were sick, and injured.
After his high school graduation, Cody joined the military where after suffering a severe injury, was honorably discharged without the option to continue serving his country.
Cody has now returned to the field of children’s entertainment through working private parties as a Balloon Artist. With his wife Jennifer, they offer Balloon Art services in the Houston Area. His specialty is his Balloon Art which has been revered by many as unique, exciting and memorable.
